About Sustainable Archaeology

Sustainable Archaeology is an inter-institutional collaborative research initiative and digital data cooperative funded by the Canadian Foundation for Innovation, and the Ontario Research Fund. Sustainable Archaeology: Western in London, Ontario is located off-campus beside the Museum of Ontario Archaeology. Principal Investigator is Dr. Neal Ferris, cross appointed with Western University in London. Sustainable Archaeology: Western is in partnership with Sustainable Archaeology: McMaster University, located at McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton, Ontario, Principal Investigator for Sustainable Archaeology at McMaster University is Dr. Aubrey Cannon.

This blog follows the development of the project - primarily at Western University - from ground-breaking to full functionality.
